@eobox91103 DaVinci Resolve (https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/) is a complete workstation that can do both advanced video and audio editing and I highly recommend it. It has a free option which includes 99% of the functions you would expect a video editor to have.
Although, since Resolve is not open source, I will also suggest Kdenlive (https://kdenlive.org/en/) which is an amazing FOSS video editor with great capabilities.
Overall Resolve may be an overkill if you just want to stitch video with audio, but I would still suggest you give it a try.
