      @urx585 all new torrents are automatically deleted if the uploader fails to either:
      a) seed to completion to at least one peer
      b) actively seed the torrent for 48 hours

      this doesn't mean the torrent will be immediatelly deleted after 48 hours, as there is a grace period of some sort. The uploader doesn't have to seed for 48 hours non-stop, they only need to accumulate 48 hours before this grace time deadline.

      If a torrent becomes unregistered before this period, it is because the uploader has deleted it himself.

      I have the same issue (using Transmission on mac).
      Here is an example of a torrent which is declared as “invalid” by Transmission, and has no .pad file inside:

      Your comments are very sensible and I don't disagree with you.  I just ask: what's the harm in having it available here, too?  It's gay enough.  There are other torrent sites for movies but why send people elsewhere?

      I already said I don't think it's important to have it here but I would also agree that it's not particularly harmful to have it here, either.  It's simply a matter of convenience for some users for a film like this.

      In a discussion a while back on this site regarding non-porn films, I asked the question, "Where do you draw the line?"  I feel comfortable drawing it to exclude both The Lighthouse and The Umbrellas of Cherbourg but of course others can disagree and it doesn't bother me one way or the other what is decided.  Even being familiar with them, it would never have occurred to me to look for either of them here on a gay torrent site if I wanted to watch them again, except for this discussion.

      However, I really do appreciate being able to find gay-themed films here, many of which are difficult or impossible to find elsewhere, and I think that is important.

      There´s no punishment for uploader for sure.. And there´s nothing to discuss.. If there´s any possibility an actor is underage in any torrent uploaded, it will be removed..

      Looking at both torrents, it appears that they were removed for not being LGBT Themed… We define that as the plot, the storyline, and the characters in some manner depict an LGBT theme. If the character is gay in the movie for example, and that is something that is prominent in the film, then it qualifies. If the actor is gay, however the character is straight, this does not qualify.

      In this case, there is a difference between what we have in the voyeur category and this film. The voyeur category is a bit of a controversial category. This category mostly consists of hidden cam images, and surrounds the element of the subject of the film being unaware that they are being filmed. This however is different than one scene in the movie containing a homoerotic visual. I apologize for the confusion this has caused.
