they have those butt plug sets that increase in size…something you would leave in is probably the best because it will force you to relax and not focus on being probed in and out...and then gradually work up the size. that's not what that is used for…if it is to block sebum and promote hair growth for thinning hair...it wouldn't work on the chin or beard hair. best to take some multivitamins and live with what you can grow
