    • RE: How do you shave your balls?

      Hi there,
Personally, I have tried different methods and from my personal experience I prefer razors.

I have tried waxing myself and it gives you the smoothest and most long-lasting results but it can be fucking bloody painful it you don't have a good technique. Moreover, that skin is very thin and delicate, and when you pull out the wax you can harm your skin and "peel" it a little and get a scrape  for several days (definitely not a good idea having "open wounds" down there when you are having sex)-

I have also tried different electric shavers ( I recently bought Philips One Blade which is supposed to be meant for body and balls shaving) but, in my experience, you have to be very careful and stretch your balls sack very well to avoid bites and wounds. As a result it takes too much time for me.

And finally regular razors, I used Boldking now but I have use Gillete and many others. I have read a pal here saying that he has been said to shave with dry balls and razor, I usually do the opposite, wet warm balls, a clean and not very used blade and plenty of soap or shaving cream. I have never had an accident doing it that way, just make sure to stretch your skin and be gentle but firm.

Remember that if you haven't groomed down there in a long time you should trim off first.

I hope it helped and sorry if my explanations or vocabulary is not too clear ( English is not my first language and it is hard to find the right words to express myself).

    • RE: Are you close to your nieces and nephews?

@semurg30 Hi there, I am not an uncle yet but hopefully I'll be soon and I am planning to be there for them, to spoil them and to be part of their lives as long as they want me there.I am not sure if it's a cultural thing but I think hispanics families (both LATAM and Spain) have a different or stronger concept of family.

I'm a grown ass man and I still meet my aunts and cousins frequently, celebrate birthdays together, Christmas and other events with them and I feel them as a part of my closest circle (not all of them but those I grew with).

For me, not having relation with my nieces and nephews would be inconceivable (If you have a good relation with your siblings and distance let you be there) but each family is different and that's fine if it works for you and your loved ones. 😉

    • RE: Teenage knife fights are no big deal, say liberals

@raphjd Hi there, in my opinion we are mixing different issues and problems.

From a European and weapon-controlled society perspective, I think US police are a little trigger-happy (hope it´s the right expression). I´ve watch too many times on news that police have shoot to death a civilian, just because the thought they might be carrying a weapon but ended being unarmed.

Here in Spain every police officer has a gun but it is extremely infrequent to hear about a police shooting anyone. In fact, they are trained not to use lethal force unless there is no option. As an example a couple weeks ago (maybe a little more) there was a case where a man had some kind of mental crisis and was in the middle of the street threatening the police with an axe and hitting their cars and approaching the officers and no one shoot him. They just circled him and hit him until they managed to take the axe away. If it was US I think police would have shot him in seconds.

On the other hand and regarding the case you are discussing about, I don´t see it as a case of racism. As far as I know they were to black girls, one was being threatened by the other and when she tried to stab her, the police avoid a crime by shooting the one with the knife. It was not a suspicion. They were witnessing the attack, the knife, the danger for other persons´ life. Could they have acted in a different way? For sure, but the image I have from police in the US (the one I get from news, movies and TV shows) is that, they don´t go easy, they don´t think twice…they just take action.

So, the way I see that there are plenty of racist police performances but this is not one of them, just another “regular” case of police behaviour.

Hope it doesn´t offend no one, just trying to share my opinion and exchange different points of view.

    • RE: BLM is a racist organization

@raphjd Hi there. Since I'm not from the USA and racial conflicts in my country are far from being as extreme as they are there, probably I am not the most suitable person to talk about that. Nevertheless, and if you want to hear an external point of view, in my opinion BLM sets out a real problem where black citizens are frequently abused by polce and institutions just for being black.

Regarding the case you mention, you are right. It is the same abuse, no matter if it was a black cop or a white cop. It is a shame and should had been reported and announced as an unacceptable police behaviour. The problem is that, in my opinion, you "take a part as a whole" (spanish expression). BLM should fight for this black guy's rights and if they didn´t do that they are wrong BUT it doesn´t mean that the whole BLM movement is useless or hypocritical or racist.

Their fight is fair and they have a real base for their claims and protests, even if it is not perfect and makes mistakes, BLM movement is fair and legitimate.

Again, that's just my humble opinion as a foreign spectator, so don´t take me too serious.

P.S.: Sorry for any writing mistakes.(not easy to express all my thoughts in not-my-mother-tongue)
P.S.2: I love reading all the debates you and @bi4smooth have here, they are really interesting.

@tobert0 said in How do you shave your balls?:

      Hi there,
Personally, I have tried different methods and from my personal experience I prefer razors.

I concur... I trim the pubic hair around my penis, but shave my balls, perineum, and asshole areas. I have found that I need a touch-up at least weekly, or else the skin gets too sensitive again.

Like you explained in your posting, I've found virtually all electric shavers "bite" (that is, the skin in these areas gets caught in the electric shavers, and so it gets cut by the shavers. I have no explanation why the razor doesn't also do this, but for me it doesn't!)

I shave my ass and balls (and perineum) on Saturday or Sunday... in the shower. I use regular body wash to "lubricate" the skin, and get the water as hot as I can stand it... that relaxes the skin as much as possible, and makes the resulting shave exceptionally close.

One final note: To keep the blades "clear", I only pull 2 or 3 strokes before I run the blade backwards along my thigh (e.g.: PUSH the blade down my thigh - to pull out the "stuck" hairs and other stuff in between the blades) and rinse in the shower stream.

Even though it seems to add extra steps, it actually makes the overall shave go faster because the blades are clearer and get more hair with each stroke.

Yep, we have pretty much the same routine 👌 😜
