I'm a UX guy and i'd like to offer help simplifying the site's design if it is desired by the admins. There are probably other users that would be willing to trade dev and design work to help improve the usabilty of this awesome resource.

RE: Search Category A and Category B
Simply checking the category boxes performs an OR search; it yields results that have Category A OR Category B. I think the request is for a way to search where every result is of both Category A AND Category B. In this case, anything just in Category A will be excluded from the results.
I noticed in Browse, under the gear icon, there is a filter called "Must be included". I checked to see if this would perform an AND search. Unfortunately it didn't. I assume that it should and that it's broken because when it is the only filter applied it does nothing to the search results. Meaning, it yields the same results as no filters applied. "Must be included" is a powerful feature. I hope it gets working again.

RE: Any pointers for a strong relationship?
There's a great book on relationships by the data scientist who created OK Cupid called, Dataclysm. What's different about this book is that it's derived from millions of tests rather than someone's anecdotal experience. He found that one of the key aspects to a long lasting relationship is social network "embeddedness."
Someone on Reddit sums it up well,
"According to Rudder's data, relationships are most likely to last when the couple is highly Embedded (everyone knows everyone else), but even better when they are Assimilated - The couple serves as a bond between otherwise unconnected cliques.
The power of assimilation comes from the fact that your spouse is one of the few people you introduce into the far corners of your life. […] [Your other friends,] though densely intraconnected groups themselves, are unrelated to one another but for you and your spouse.
For married people on Facebook, their spouse is the most assimilated member of their network an astounding 75 percent of the time. And even more important for assimilation as a metric of relationship strength, the young couples for whom that's not the case are 50 percent more likely to break up. In the most stable relationships, the two people play this unique role in each other's lives." https://www.reddit.com/r/OkCupid/comments/2vc6uh/relationship_test_dataclysm/
Here's a talk Rudder gives about his work

Domestic Partnership Annulment Help
I have a domestic partnership with an ex that I have not sought out to resolve. We haven't lived with one another for about six years. We even live in different cities. He continues to live in the California city in which we have the partnership and I live in a different state. I haven't really felt the need to annul the partnership since I'm not preparing for a new partnership. Should I be concerned about this situation?

RE: Hyaluronic Acid Testicle Filler
Saline injections are really popular now, but the effects only last a couple days.
https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/8xbq5x/men-injecting-scrotums-with-saline-to-get-huge-ballsI also saw a UK article about cosmetic fillers commonly used for the face, used as testicle Filler.

Hyaluronic Acid Testicle Filler
Has anyone tried hyaluronic acid fillers in their testicles? I know silicone fillers are deadly and saline only lasts for a day. I'm curious about how high end cosmetic fillers perform in the sack?
