@raphjd That was a bit of a hop skip and a jump there. I did not say the UK has had no gun crime... I said the UK has not had another school shooting. I can give you the shooting it was called Dumblane.... please point me to another school shooting in the UK after this one as this is the mass shooting that caused the UK to say "Never Again"
In fact in the 10 years after guns were banned gun crime dramatically fell, and is still at a much much lower level than it was when they were legal.
I point back to my post..... 130 mass shootings in the USA so far this year alone.... in the UK since 1997 there have been 7.
The USA had 3.96 deaths per 100,000 people in 2019 as a result of guns. That was more than eight times as high as the rate in Canada, which had 0.47 deaths per 100,000 people — and nearly 100 times higher than in the United Kingdom, which had 0.04 deaths per 100,000.
So please tell us... how banning guns does not work?
