Same here. In addition to reading/watching things, I baked a couple things that we would often have. Ends up having too much for one person to eat normally, but why not eat it all spread over a couple days. Could be nice to make a dish you'd have? If nothing else, it's another activity.

Made in Canada / The Industry
This was one of the best shows I've ever seen (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0172754/), and it used to be part of Amazon Prime. Now the rights seem to have lapsed. I've looked into it, and I see only the first season was ever released on physical media. I have seen episodes not part of the first season scattered online (so I expect digital versions of more exist). I'm wondering if anyone has seen the full series somewhere online?
I would normally buy the physical media without hesitation, but they just don't exist except for season 1 (and who knows if anyone will ever get the rights to stream it again).

RE: Is any thread here worth reading?
Interesting range of replies.
I guess it is just another example of once an atmosphere corrodes enough, only the people who have corroded it stay, and they post more and more often. Just a feedback loop of foolishness.
Free speech is necessary, but if the nature of the speech makes it so that no one is listening, then it is also useless. What's the point of talking if there is no one willing to hear it.

Is any thread here worth reading?
(asking for a friend )
Is there any thread in this section where the intent of the poster is to have an actual discussion about something rather than to post some whacked-out, innuendo-/rumor-filled, and/or vitriolic attack that is only tenuously based in reality and to which 90% of the population would respond with a sigh and an eye-roll?
Because that's fine and all, and if that is what everyone considers this part of the forum for, great. Maybe this subforum should be re-titled in that case, though, because it definitely is not a place for "debate."

RE: What is the last game you bought?
I tend to buy a bunch at once, so I forget what the last one I bought was. The last that I've completed was The Talos Principle, though. Excellent puzzle game, though a few parts are bit too abstract (I'm looking at you, clock puzzle)

RE: Michael Flynn Resigns as National Security Adviser
I think todays press conference is going to go down in history as the beginning of the end for America.
If you can stomach it, watching the entire press conference is a mind-boggling experience: https://www.c-span.org/video/?424148-1/president-trump-holds-news-conference

RE: So called President Trump kicks off re-election campaign with rally in Florida
Too early for a farewell tour, but still could have one sooner than in four years…
