Back to the original question - it depends what type of exercise you are doing.
If you are training for an endurance event, like running a marathon, or triathlon, then the bias will be towards cardiovascular workouts and aerobic activities. There is a racing weight to be targeted - the leaner you are, the less the muscles have to work to carry that load at speed, over a specified distance. Think of Eliuid Kipchoge, or the build of any other elite marathoner.
On the other extreme, we have bodybuilders who are focused on sculpting that perfect body shape. This involves alot more gym work, weights, machines, HIIT, and static exercises. Much less cardio (which can reduce muscle mass).

For real, there's a lot of people like me who share content and upload all the correct screenshots and then put it in the right categories. Yet many users simply download and don't give any seed bonus. For what it's worth just being a porn torrent site, this is WAY too much drama. Puff puff out!
Receiving seedbonus is a statistical thing. My current feel of it is about 1%.
i.e. For every 100 snatches, 1 user may offer a seedbonus.
How much is given tho - that's anyone 's guess.

Agree with what you wrote here. After trying to guide a few torrents to the right direction (i.e. towards what the rules stipulated), I've given up on this vigilante policing. There's just no end to the deluge of poorly listed torrents and behaviours.
I've noticed that torrents that flout the rules get more seedbonus, snatches and interest than torrents try to do everything right. It's a matter of demand and supply, more than the quality of what's being uploaded. The level of care taken by the uploader has little value here. 20GB torrents with the title "HOT FCUCKING GUY JAPANESS" with no filelist or thumbnails can be far more popular than one that was listed with it's proper studio name, full original title, ID number, etc. It's disappointing. But that's the way the site works.
I want be corrected on this, but I think it's due to no disincentive to uploaders not following the rules.

Some things I've learnt about satranc's subtitle:
I suspect that this subtitle was for a censored version of the movie. The location of this censored part is therefore the main problem.
I tracked down the missing part, found it, restored the missing dialogue (just 3 lines!), and shifted the timestamps. Why the censorship ? I won't spoil it for you - but it does not involve sex. It is for… something else
A bit of the dialogue was also improved (20-30 lines, <1%). Actually, there are many nuances lost in translation, but the project is too time consuming, and will be left for another time (or another subbing group).

Still curious on the behaviour of trackers-clients - whether they favour peers with complete filesets over those with partial ones.
But now I have a question—does the browse function have an option to only show freeleech files, like the search function does? That would also be a nice feature, I think. Unless it already exists and I am not noticing something very basic and obvious! :blink:
I don't think the freeleech search in BROWSE exists, and yes to this suggestion. Hope it could be implemented in future.

I am asking from the point of view of the end users (initial leechers and re-seeders), in how it can best benefit them and their ratios.

These are routinely obeyed and I think I have been keeping to the rules and guidelines as much as possible.

So I have on hand a number of 1920 x 1080 videos, each on average 20 mins, ~10,000 kbps, > 1 GB, totalling 79 mins at 5.69 GB. As they are part of a complete set, it's best not to post them up individually. I intend to re-encode a separate set of these videos at half the source video bitrate, and therefore at a smaller size (SD), so that those with lower ratios or speeds won't find it too challenging to download the reduced set.
I have 2 choices.
1. Upload both versions packaged as a complete HD and SD set. 1 torrent.

Also… please don't name your torrent title description Mu5cle. It is not a common term and not highly searchable in the torrents search engine. You will get better hits if you spell it the usual way (and why alpha-numeric letters... I really don't understand).
You could also include in the description "muscle gallery", "musclegallery", "MG" because that would help with the search engine and getting hits into your torrent.
