I like all kinds of 80's metal… but not any of those bands you listed.
Pretty much everything but the "glam" and "hair" metal bands is good in my book… I do think Motley Crue's first album is very good, though.

RE: Black metal?
I am of two minds about it. Generally speaking, I like Black Metal, but I think there are too many very generic bands out there, so it's frequently hard to get excited about much of it.
I like a lot of the "classics", but I am mostly interested in exploring particularly unique bands who bring something different to the table. I don't need to hear any more Darkthrone clones.

RE: Limp Wrist
I only own one of their LP's, the self-titled one, and it's the only release I'm really familiar with, but I like that record a lot.
I don't know very many "Queercore" bands, but they're one of the better groups I have heard.PS: Those Strong Boys songs sounded pretty good. I may order the record when it's available. Assuming I'm not broke, which I always am. ;D
PPS: Kudos on the Germs-inspired motif.

RE: Marilyn Manson
I prefer Rozz Williams.
Personally, I don't find him attractive, but I enjoy the first Marilyn Manson record. It's catchy and it has some very interesting production. The lyrics are fairly juvenile, though.
