Well the personal trainer is a help, but its more you than anyone else .
in order to lose weight(or gain correctly) you have to have discipline
so Follow the instructions from ppl that now better
More than a personal i always follow the nutritionist .
you can follow a normal program made up for you, you don't need someone for a whole hour
