Judge Dismisses Nevada Alternate Electors Case Due to Jurisdiction Concernsposted in Politics & Debate
The judge threw the case out because the Nevada AG filed the case in Clark County (Las Vegas) because it's a Democrat stronghold, despite none of the alleged crimes taking place there.
The AG said he is going to appeal but refused to say on what grounds.
As charged, the alleged crimes occurred in Carson City and Reno (Minden). These are Republican strongholds, so we can guess why the accused are not being prosecuted there.
Unless there's some lawfare bullshit, the statute of limitations ran out in Dec 2023.
If the trial(s) is moved, then new grandjuries will need to be held.

There is also an update.
He confessed to intentionally murdering his parents.
He also shot at his brother and his brother's wife through a closed and barricaded bedroom door. He told police he wanted to shoot them, but didn't care if they died or not.
He also told the police he'd do it again.
I'm still waiting for an update on the motive.
Using liberal logic, we should ban trans people from ever owning guns because some of them are extremely unstable.

The motive is unknown at the moment, but she killed her parents in Washington state and fled to Utah, where she was caught.

While I don't 100% agree with this guy, I do mostly agree.
Game studios need to stop all this woke shit in games. They need to stop making the women ugly and everyone Queer.
The strange thing is, they say that everyone but white hetero CIS men can't or won't play a game unless the character represents them personally. So what they do is, make the characters represent everyone but white hetero CIS men, expecting that group to play this new group of characters. Are they admitting that white hetero CIS men are better than everyone else because they aren't so useless that they will play other characters?!
Globally, most gamers are hetero males and in the West, most gamers are white hetero males. In the mind of liberals, it makes sense for the gaming industry to shit on the group that makes them the most money.
I also find it strange that the woke nazis no longer call for character creation so everyone can make characters that present themselves. NOPE, instead they call for characters to be forced on us, which is what they got butt hurt over before. How typically, extremely hypocritical of them.
