Let's assume for a second that she's telling the truth about the nude pics.  Her victim, whom she called "my son" for the last 5 years, starts sending her nude photos of himself from the age of 12.    She never told him to stop or did anything about it and he kept sending her the pics over the next 5 years.  Then she gets him drunk and fucks him while he's underage, both of which are felonies in California.    Before he arrived at her hotel, she again tweeted about being excited to see her "son".
