How dumb are you not to realize that $18 million for a condo isn't all that much, and with no land use.

NYC has a $61,900,000 3 bed/ 4 bath condo. The decor is ugly as fuck, but money doesn't mean taste. Please tell me how much land use you expect this condo has.

There are plenty more condos in NYC that are well over $18 million and most do not have any land use. I'm not talking about penthouses with the use of the rooftop either.
