Like many in the US, I was circumcised as an infant and wish that I hadn't been.  I find uncut penises so attractive.  I haven't had it both ways so I can't say from experience if one is more sensitive than the other.  I can only confirm that cut penises do still work.  I wouldn't have it done for other than medical reasons though.  I love the sliding effect that the looser skin of uncut penises allows. I had to shave my balls in order to apply a testosterone patch.  The medical directions I received said use a dry razor on dry balls.  That always worked fine.  No nicks or cuts.

Yes, I have one at home and love it.  It's not heated, although I can see how that would be nice.  It saves a lot on TP because the toilet paper is just to dry off.  When I have to use the non-bidet toilet at work I don't feel as clean.  Theoretically I would still like to shower before being rimmed.

Parenting is a big commitment.  Don't underestimate the difficulty of the task you would take on. You have to put them before yourself until they grow up (about 24), but don't think it will end then.  You will be their parent forever.  If it is something you really want to do it can be very rewarding, but unless/until you are sure, don't do it.
