Because you can change your gender whenever it suits you. If the men's room is full just use the women's. If you're being charged with murder, you can claim you're a woman to get the empathy judgement. Let's have a race, and I'm competing as a woman for that scholarship moneys.

Yea, Scotland… another place on my do-not-visit list. Most of Europe is on that list, and Africa, all of Australia, the Middle East, most of Asia, and a few in South America. There are a lot of places that suck, and as much as it sucks here in the US right now, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. There are things that are terrible about this country, and there are things that make it great. The worst part is living among people who want to make this place suck for the rest of us, and they get away with it. But that swamp is infecting the globe. The rest of the planet is disarmed and can't do anything about it. "We the People" are getting the short end of the stick. I understand why people follow Bernie. Big ideas. But they ignore the imminent problem of the swamp, and that's where Trump has shined a very bright spotlight.

Yea, I saw the video and Kyle was acting in self defense in my opinion. I don't know that for a fact. I like to hear both sides before I make a decision and leave it to the jury (usually). I've developed a mental checkpoint on "video" as most of them hide the truth in some way or another. Not always but everyone deserves their day in court.

Well, if you haven't heard the news yet, it looks like an email has surfaced where Biden did meet with Burisma, when he said he never met with them. Looks like this has been verified so far, but the interesting thing is that while facebook fact checks, they're stopping it from being talked about. Like, that just makes them look guilty of election interference. If the allegations were false, they wouldn't be trying to cover it up. Facebook is also trying to aid and abet Biden.

I'll also add that Trump designated both Antifa AND the KKK as terrorist organizations. They're terrorist organizations because they terrorize people. You can't look at the videos of Antifa and say they aren't violent. They're burning buildings with people inside (including CNN's HQ in Atlanta). They're assaulting people daily. They're murdering people who see things differently. They're looting small businesses (many owned by black people in their own community). They're torturing people (like the guy who was tied up for days). They're destroying businesses, government buildings, and churches. They're destroying vehicles and homes (rights are derived from property) and even in Austin they burned a homeless man's bed who happened to live where they met under a bridge downtown. They're rioting and blocking commerce (traffic). They do not respect people's rights, and they are not peaceful. End of discussion. Anyone claiming otherwise is just coocoo. The idea that you don't get it… when it's self evident shows that you are very low IQ.  It's a dumb question.

That's a dumb question. Antifa is not Antifascist. There are many words used to portray something, which actually mean the opposite. I'm sure you've come across such words in your life. "Fas" is the root word for "God's Law." Meaning the Axe is God. In the Congress, right behind speaker Pelosi are two 9 foot tall "fascis." It's the symbol for a bundle of birch rods tied together with a hatchet head. Fascist symbols are right in front of your face. "Jus" is the root word for Man's Law. Justice. We have a bit of a paradox. How can you have Justice with Fascism ever so present and in your face and you don't even see it? That's to answer the title of this subject, "Definition of Fascism." It's in contradistinction to Man's Law, the Constitution.

So to answer your question about "antifascist" (Antifa) being designated as a terrorist organization. It's self-evident.

And to add a point to other comments made on this thread in regard to Proud Boys… There leader is a black hispanic guy, so why would a bunch of white supremacists join an organization led by a black guy? Because they're military, and in the armed forces, those are your brothers. They are chauvanists, but being white supremacist is ridiculous. You can't just throw around the race card anymore. Listen to both sides, listen to their leader, and be a good judge. Justice is only served when you listen to both sides. None of you have listened to what their black hispanic leader has to say, and therefore, I say you're leaning more towards fascism, because you're only listening to one side. They don't tolerate racism or sexual orientation discrimination. I don't see any reason to believe they've raped, murdered, called someone the N word... anything. Do you got something? Of course when you question a pool of 100 democrats and 1 million republicans and you make it 50/50... you still have 1 million people showing up to Trump's rally and 100 showing up to Biden's, but you question 50 Trump supporters out of a million and 50 Biden supporters out of 100  (or 68... or 3... or zero another time)... you can see that any pole saying Biden is leading is nonsense.

With all the money taken for Obamacare (the lower-middle class's entire check), I realize that the program was outrageously expensive. No extra money was needed for education or infrastructure "socialist programs." It was outright communism, the government taking over an entire industry. No you can't keep your doctor, or your plan. And hell no Biden, I'm not voting for you or any democrat, ever. (I didn't say again).

In fact, now that I think about it. I actually OWED money because they're crooks. I never got a damn thing out of it and had to pay for those who didn't take care of themselves. Dims make a clever argument, but a weak one.

I would actually be ok with a 12 panel Supreme Court, the same number as a jury (rather than the Nazgul), but abolishing the electoral college means we'd live in the United States of New York and California, and mob rule. All these things the dims are proposing however, show a supreme sign of desperation. Desperate people make poor decisions and I think that shows they're weakness is evident.
