Hmm… do something that will bring people running to see your billboard, then put an ad on it for something you want to sell. Isn't this called "marketing", folks?
It reminds me of an incident a few years ago, in a park that had developed a reputation for, well, let's just say it had a reputation. Someone set fire to a car in the parking lot, let it burn down, and didn't bother to remove the remains. Visitors to the park would make up their own stories, and leave. There were car parts still in the same place over 6 months later, and most of the previously-regular visitors were going elsewhere.
