For better understanding, according to  Uploading Rule #2

DUPLICATE files are not allowed and will be removed. You are expected to run a search for duplicates prior to submitting a torrent. Duplicates may be accepted when part of a themed collection. A file is considered a duplicate if an existing torrent has the same format and similar size (<10% difference) and has at least one seeder.

Both torrent should have at least one active seeder, in order for a mod to remove the dupe torrent

One possibility is that the files you have created the torrent from is not in the place where all your initial completed download files goes.

As one of the commenters above said, it's inconceivable that someone would upload a file and not be able to describe its contents.  If there isn't a description on the source website, then write one yourself.  I realize that this is a very international site, and that not everyone is proficient at writing in English–but even a one-sentence attempt with some grammar or spelling issues would be very much appreciated.  For many languages represented here, your attempt at English is likely better than my attempt at your language.

As for proficiency in English, Uploader can always google translate.

The uploader can also write it in his native language, Downloaders can always click "Translate to English".

When in doubt, always write to Helpdesk

As of this comment post, it is visible and seeding.

When you successfully uploaded a torrent, just wait for a minute or two before it will become visible.

Next time ask Helpdesk about this issue.
