I share the same opinion as you guys but I would like to say that not the performers or OF are to blame but the people who pay the subscription. Hello, as far as I have found out of experience no, the uploader is not priorised. I have bad connection and am seeding my torrents only until someone else downloads it than I upload peanuts. Not fair but that's how it is...

How would a representative of these sites know that there is a torrent from his site that infriges DMCA if new registrations are blocked? I mean how do they get to see the torrents at all?
