The dilemma is that, I am rather tight but my partner is quite thick. Does anyone have any tips to make it hurt less or even how to get him in, in the first place? I came out to my guy best friend after coming out to my really close female friends. I'll say the first few months will be tough to get going to the gym into routine but once you finally work it in and see results, you will feel much better about yourself. I was really skinny when I first joined my gym and felt embarrassed too because of how weak I was but you have to understand that no one in the gym started off with perfect bodies. Everyone started somewhere and I admire that they have taken the first step which I think is the hardest.

Just stick to your routine, doing cardio like walking up an incline treadmill which is really good for losing weight and not to mention builds up your legs. Plug your ears with your favourite songs and you will be in your own world.

I'm 19 and recently came out to a handful of my really close friends. Thankfully, they all accepted me openly. I only came out to them because I was going through a lot and felt distant from them. After coming out, as cliche as it is, it felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I now feel open and less held back knowing they really know who I am. I don't plan to come out to my family anytime soon or at least until I'm financially independent.

If you are happy right now, there's no need to really come out. If you're considering coming out, think about who are more likely to accept and make sure you truly accept yourself for who you are because there's nothing wrong with liking the same gender.

Coming out doesn't mean you change. It just means whoever you're coming out to knows a little more of you.
