Have you tried using alternative client like qbittorent : https://www.qbittorrent.org/
That's what I used when utorrent " bencoding " prompt ...
Those 2 torrent link posted are valid and has no issues w/ a lot of seeders ...
So I suspect your client is not supported or blocked and refuses ...

JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group
JPEG images group together the following filename extensions:

.jpg
.jpeg
.jpe
.jif
.jfif
.jfi

PNG is short for Portable Network Graphic

renaming (.) filename extension will result invalid or corrupted ...

jpg and png are both accepted as long it's not oversized and exceeds byte size ...

Why ???

All they care is to boosts up ratio while others are struggling from downloading unknown [junk files], w/o proper labels and thumbs, and competing bandwidth speed ...
