Any torrent will work properly regardless of sites as long as there are enough seeders and leechers and is connected from peers w/ an active activity ... And no connectivity issues ...

The only reason the torrent remain inactive if the peers are blocking you or has other connectivity reason ...

The reason why you're offline time out if the server is busy ...

This is what I do when offline taking long time to update [torrents are red] and works all the time ...
if the problem still persist stop the torrent and do a force recheck [right click] ...
or remove and delete the torrent [not the file] and re-download it from here

sometimes unwanted files are distributed w/o knowing ...
this happens occasionally when torrent has not been fully completed as part of others are leeching [this is normal] ...
and distributed the files w/o your knowledge ...
even though it affects download size it will not count against download/ratio,
it is part of parsing [where a string of commands – usually a program – is separated into more easily processed components,
which are analyzed for correct syntax and then attached to tags that define each component.] ...
you can delete this files when download is complete ...
however do not delete this file [as part of partial download] while partially seeding
otherwise it will result in error ...

Keep in mind that 12 exceeded active download simultaneously will result in bad ratio warning ...
And will sync or updates each download once completed ...
I have 6.500 ratio allowed 150 download limit per day and still getting that bad ratio warning if I exceed 12 active download ...
