I use soap and water too, but the rubber ones do degrade over time. I recommend the heavy glass ones, they're easy to clean and lots of fun!

It can happen with PIV sex, there is a condition called Vaginismus where the vagina clamps shut and if a dick is it at the time, it can't escape.
