From what I can see, they are often a few porn stars, together with local talent. Some of them seem to be made in England, Florida, Nevada and California. There is also Hustla Ball. England has some kind of "Balls".
I've been disappointed with almost all of them, mainly because of the poor camera work. They don't focus on the hotties enough.
