That aside, I wish laws around fining would move and reform to fine people/companies in proportion to their income or net worth/revenue as a serious deterrent for multinationals or the super wealthy.

You claim you relocated to China 6 years ago and is from the United States; you're currently seeking a green card for China. However I see you posting in the Chinese forums and what you say indicates you're a Chinese national.
