Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Very little flowed out from the story organically. Rather, most every scene was crafted to elicit an effect, emotion, or plot move. Worse, each arc in the film has a time limit, almost as cliche as a literal timer clicking in the corner. The second arc gave just a few hours for characters to cross the galaxy and do the impossible and be back in time for the proverbial dinner. Dumb. I could not suspend my disbelief through most of the film. The only saving grace was the relationship between Kailo and Rei. These actors have good chemistry on screen together and how their arcs develop is believable whereas everything else around them is jaw gapingly artificial.
See it in the theater if you have to but you can wait till home video or Netflix.
