Yup. I screen all my calls – it drives my friends nuts. Say it with e-mail. ;D
TPBM is eating (expensive) brand chocolate this weekend.

(Paintball is illegal here. That kind of gun is considered a weapon, so the game doesn't exist here. There are a few places where you can do laser tag, or so I heard.)
Oh, I agree. We should play D&D!
You should celebrate the (Japanese) emperor's birthday, today. ::)
I should! Over here it has to be laser tag, though. No guns of any kind allowed. ;D
You should play a board game over the holidays.
Don't think that's going to happen. Veggies. I eats lots of veggies. (Actually, I'm just finishing the night with a tall mug of turmeric tea, the turmeric's from my garden. Very good for digestion.)
@Flozen: Murder 101: Dehydrate your victim to the point of near death then bleed them dry. Less mess with the intestines that way. You can then cut the body at the joint and throw the parts away in random trash cans. Dead body parts wash up all the time. A landfill keeps it's secrets….
The person below me has actually thought about murder. ::)
Hmm, small dogs, eh? Well, I think a pug would be easier for a snake to digest, so I'll choose that. ::) Now a proper dog, Dobermans are awesome.
Let's do pets: A hamster or rats (can't have just one rat).
You should always bargain for a lower price unless you're in Japan because they will let you walk away. :afr:
I can't believe it's almost the new year. Correctly speaking, today is the last day of autumn – tomorrow begins winter. What should you do this winter?
No. If I ever needed a car I might get one but I prefer living where the public transport is sufficient and you can rent a car for holiday trips. :cool2:
The person below me is going to eat either fruit cake, stollen, or one of the brioche inspired Xmas desserts on or by Xmas? (I'm going to pick up a French brioche fruit cake this afternoon….)
Why would I give that money away? I'd keep it. But if I had to make this devil's choice I'd give it to Drs w/o Borders.
Speaking of Christmas (earlier) today is the Solstice, the origin of Christmas. From tomorrow the days get longer though colder. It's a good metaphor for life. Do you prefer the winter or summer solstice?
You're scraping the bottom of the barrel for me. Footballers? Blonds? Bearded men? The only thing to worsen the mix is to add a tattoo to one of their body parts.
I guess I could marry the bottom guy with dark hair. Meh.
I'd fuck the middle blond dude just because I hate beards more.
Kill the bearded guy in order to shave him.
I swear to gawd I'm not a rice queen but since these three have movies opening here this week who would you fmk?
Pic one: Kento
Pic two: Noboyuki
Pic three: Ken
I chose veal and fois gras over regular meats. I chose offal over regular meats most days. Oh, I love liver and sweetbreads and brains and….
Actually, I'll be stuffing a guinna fowl with Fois Gras in a couple of days....
The person below me uses iherb.com
I don't think I can handle any more testosterone. I'm going with extra digits and a plastic surgeon. :blind:
I like the multiple angel. You're going to build a pizza do you chose
Vegetarian or meat lovers,
Thin or thick crust,
Normal or extra cheese,
Local shop or chain shop?
Who plays with paper cards or non-virtual board games, anymore? You shouldn't focus on antiquated parlor games but learn how to use your cell phone and/or (new) game consol.
(and Ken, you look handsome with your hair the way it is. Leave it.)
My order from iHerb.com is arriving in a few minutes. In the box will be several bars of chocolate. Should I eat a whole bar or portion it out?
Nope. I have a very controlled online presence. I like to be around but everything out there is exactly the way I want to be seen – which is why I never get angry in a forum, public or private. ;D
(I forgot Ken is married to a woman) :blownose: (He has a cute face and fit body. At least she's happy.)
TPBM is excited about the solstice coming up.
If you mean a literal bastard, that our parent didn't marry. No. If you mean a figurative bastard, like an asshole. Still no.
TPBM has given/received xmas gifts already? (We did Secret Santa in three of my classes, yesterday. It was really fun. I was very pleased with how seriously everyone tried to pick out a thoughtful gift for their partner.)
Whoa, is he gay? That is a real specimen.
Nope. Married with three kids – and counting. Very yummy to look at. Mediocre actor; sings well.
Mystery. Action might include an abomination like the Fast & Furious franchise.
Living in the Star Wars or Star Trek universes.
I don't like either but Twitter makes people pose at odd times making them annoyances and eyesores, so I'll choose Twitter.
A rude young person or a rude old person, which pisses you off more?
I hate that he's become a smoker, the little fuck. So kill the new older scruffy version. Fuck the equas version and marry the younger version and wait till he comes of age to consummate.
Let's do a little Game of Thrones.
FMK, left to right: King Rob, John Snow, or Tyrion. Keep it period. Not the actors playing them today but the characters in all their smelly glory in the show.
Is this opposite day? Nope. Not me at all. But if I don't stop eating all these holiday foods I might end up being that. :blownose:
TPBM has a house full of plants.
You should add fish to your diet. Try quenelles from white fish fillets (less smell) poached in a vegetable broth. The Japanese use (cooking) sake to eliminate fish odors from food. Step one, lightly salt the fish fillets/slice on both sides for ten minutes. then wipe with a paper towel. (If you're using a blue fish you can add 1tbs sake to that.) Lightly fry to color in a tablespoon of vegetable oil then add 1:1:1 of soy sauce, mirin, sake (two parts sake if you're really sensitive to the smell). Super easy fish.
Report back by next Sunday.
Should I buy a steamer? I really don't need more cooking equipment but it is the season… I have a small one but with a large one I can steam puddings and make more custards to store in the fridge as meal prep.
