RE: Religious symbols in porn
One might say religion is the reason for controversy, but that's not my point. However, given the many incidents and pure facts, as dull as they might be for some, and the vast number of pain, death and terror these conflicts have caused, why do we so publicly indulge in using their symbols while giving a means for sexual gratification?

RE: Religious symbols in porn
@MrMazda All right, here are some facts. I asked my savvy AI friend a few questions...
In the past century, there have been many instances where individuals or groups have committed acts of violence in the name of their religion. Also, governments under the banner of atheistic communism have caused the death of somewhere between 40,472,000 to 259,432,000 human lives.
All the religions of the world contain narratives, symbols, and metaphors of violence and war. Religious violence is motivated by, or in reaction to, religious precepts, texts, or the doctrines of a target or an aggressor.
There have been instances where conflicts have turned into violence due to religious symbols or attire worn by worshippers. For example, in 2015, a Sikh man was attacked in the United Kingdom by a group of men who attempted to remove his turban. In 2017, a Muslim woman in the United States was attacked and had her hijab forcibly removed by a stranger.
Religious fanaticism, or religious extremism, is a term used to indicate uncritical zeal or obsessive enthusiasm that is related to one’s own, or one’s group’s, devotion to a religion. This can manifest in many ways, including violence.
In Christianity, some of those in authority have sought to expand and control the church, often through the fanatical use of force. For example, the Crusades were a series of religious wars waged by the Catholics, sanctioned by the Pope, to conquer the Holy Land from the Muslims. On their way to conquering the Holy Land from the Muslims by force of arms, the crusaders destroyed dozens of Jewish communities and killed thousands because the Jews would not accept the Christian faith.
In Islam, there have been instances where individuals or groups have committed acts of violence in the name of their religion. For example, terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS have committed acts of violence.
There have been conflicts between Buddhism and other religions, including the Rohingya in Myanmar and Islam at the border between Thailand and Malaysia.
In Myanmar, there is an ongoing conflict in the northern part of Rakhine State, characterized by sectarian violence between the Rohingya Muslim and Rakhine Buddhist communities, a military crackdown on Rohingya civilians by Myanmar’s security forces, and militant attacks by Rohingya insurgents. The conflict arises chiefly from the religious and social differentiation between the Rakhine Buddhists and Rohingya Muslims.
In Thailand, there have been instances of violence between Buddhists and Muslims at the border with Malaysia. The conflict is rooted in a complex mix of ethnic, religious, and political factors.
All this is to say that religions and their resulting fanaticism have caused more harm than short-lived pleasure in a porn flick.

RE: Religious symbols in porn
@MrMazda But that's just it. Having a religious fetish is what it is, it doesn't bother me, but displaying religious symbols as an expression of freedom has oftentimes caused death and terror. Using these symbols for porn is at least not pc, and not to mention the circumstance that pedophiles are frequently enabled by clergy porn with very young-looking models. Given that the proliferation of conflict between religions has historically been highly charged and even caused wars, this might just become my pet peeve. And again, is it wrong to debate this?

Religious symbols in porn
Is it just me or does anyone else find religiously themed porn offensive?
I wouldn't mind if porn depicting priests, monks or other clergy, along with anyone wearing symbols or attire showing one's faith in were entirely prohibited. Just my opinion, don't chastise me for it! -
Latinosfun.com
I was wondering why there are so few torrents from the website latinosfun.com?
There are IMHO the most attractive Latino boys around but only 2 videos available on GT at last count.

RE: Can you get infected from mosquitoes or other insects that suck blood?
Can you get infected from mosquitoes or other insects that suck blood?
"There are a number of reasons why mosquitoes cannot transmit HIV.
Firstly the mosquitoes’ mouth parts do not operate like a hypodermic needle. The tube which injects the host with saliva is separate from the canal which the mosquito uses to suck blood from the same host. Therefore blood only flows into the mosquito and only saliva is injected; blood is not flushed out of the same canal.
Insect-borne diseases like Encephalitis and malaria are spread because they multiply within the mosquito, these diseases then move into the insect’s salivary glands and are injected into the host with the saliva. If a mosquito feeds on an HIV-positive person the virus cannot survive and replicate within the mosquito’s gut as HIV requires specialist cells found only in humans in order to multiply . HIV is treated as food and digested.
HIV circulates in the blood at lower levels than malaria and other inset-borne diseases. The mosquito does not take enough units of HIV from the infected person to initiate infection.
Even if it was possible for the mosquito to inject HIV into an uninfected person, the person would have to be bitten by ten million mosquitoes who had previously been feeding on an HIV positive host in order to receive one unit of HIV. For this reason squashing or accidentally swallowing a mosquito does not put one at risk of contracting HIV, because there is not enough HIV positive blood within the mosquito for a person to contract the disease." http://www.mediaaids.org/content/page/mosquitoes_can_transmit_hiv_aids
