A penis too large

Depends on the person. IMO there are two reasons to have a trainer: if you are shy getting into the gym and figuring it out for yourself, or if having a trainer will motivate you to keep going.
I don't think they are necessarily educated or qualified than anyone else with access to the internet and bodybuilding.com

I go from piece of equipment to piece of equipment, usually 4 exercises for 3 sets. I am not bothered if someone takes a piece of equipment, or a weight. If that happens I just improvise.

Both swimming and running are awesome. But…the best is HITT. I use the treadmill; 30 second running as hard as I can 10 times. Take a break between to catch your breath, stretch or just rest. Those 300 seconds running will change your life provided you eat decently.

It depends on the person. I find I do not like a lot of food or liquid during my workouts. So I usually go to the gym with a bottle of lemon water but otherwise an empty stomach. Thats for cardio. No protein shake at all…you didn't ask for that scenario but there it is.
If its weights I take creatine beforehand and have coffee. Then protein shake right after. I'll only eat before working out (a good hour or so) if I do weights during the day, meaning afternoon and after cardio.
Also, Whey protein after working out; Casein right before bed to avoid muscle wastage.

Wake up early for one day; say 6 AM. Then do some sort of exercise during the day and eat well. Stop staring at any screens once it gets dark outside. Those tips helped me become a morning person.
Also consider a sleeping pill for a week to get you into the routine, just make sure you still get up at 6 no matter how exhausted you are at first, a shower or workout will wake you up.

I do HITT 7 days a week and weights 6 days a week. I eat what I want, which is probably why I don't have eye popping abs. :cheers:
