There's plenty of websites for bulking up.
There are no magic bullets and be sensible in your pursuit of the "perfect" body.
You will need to increase your protein and fiber intake. You can get fiber from whole grains, but also from fruit and veg. If you are a vegan/vegetarian, then you aren't getting enough of the base amino acids needed for muscle building.

but I never think of altering my body shape (quite satisfied with my body and LAZY)

Well, keep in mind this is a change in lifestyle. You'll have to tackle it from both fronts: exercise and nutrition.
Get the habit of working out and also get the habit of eating healthy.
Don't rush it. I don't know how old are you (youngest should be 18, considering the overall content of the site) but it might take a while to change from twinkie to hunky.
You can ask the help of a nutritionist or try to read books or web pages about the matter.

Lift heavy things, stay or get flexible. Eat a ratio of 40% protein/35% Carbs and 25% fat. Do this every day.
