RE: One tip you would give gym newbies
Learn the basic compound lifts - squat, deadlift, bench, rows/pullups and (overhead) press.
They are the staple of any program, no matter the goal, and most other exercises are variations of them.
I would also advise to learn how to eat right as early as possible.
I think you covered everything lol.
This. You forgot to add that as a newbie, it should be at max 3 workouts per week for a few months until one's body can cope with the change of pace

RE: The Punisher
Hoping it wont be Iron Fist Part 2
I wasnt able to go beyond ep 3 on Iron Fist because I hate his whiny ass.I believe Punisher's going to be great since I read that it wont involve the Hand, ninjas and dragons plus the actor was really great on Daredevil, almost stealing the show with his presence and acting chops.

RE: Post the last movie you've seen and how you rate it
It
8.5/10It was creepy but the scare factor isnt that high since the trailers have shown the creepiest scenes of the movie. Movie also feels to long since they had to make every kid have a nightmare experience. Overall, I recommend you pipz watch it.

RE: Is bareback videos a culprit for AIDS?
Poor education / awareness is a more serious culprit. I've heard from a public health sex worker, whom I had a talk with very recently, is that gay teenagers think it's okay to have unprotected sex and actually getting infected with HIV isn't that serious. If you're already infected you don't have to use condoms, inside condoms, dental dams, gloves and the like, and that would be completely fine, and that there would be little to no reason for concern whatsoever, it's just that once you're not seropositive anymore you'll have to use medication. So these teens try to get infected with HIV purposefully. One of these methods is bareback sex, but oral sex and any other activity which causes exchange of bodily fluids also transmit HIV.
In my opinion, that is a horrible thing to do. You'll easily infect unaware sex partners with the virus, and cause grief to them and the people close to them.
Sure enough, trace amounts of HIV and other STD's have a time window before they can be detected, and if you have protected sex in that time window (And you think you're clean) you can infect other sex partners through unprotected sex.
Good sex education can prevent a lot of trouble. And getting tested regularly, too.
This! I live in the Philippines where HIV rate has increased 4800% Yes, that's 4800% due to lack of sex education to the younger generation who are the highest victims of HIV and unintended Pregnancy. What's worse is that our predominant religion which is Roman Catholic, is opposed to sex education and contraceptives in general making HIV awareness to the larger lower class sector virtually nonexistent.
I've watched documentaries about 14 to 16 year old kids in my country being interviewed about the use of condoms and their response is like "What is that?" or "No budget to buy one" even if they can afford to have an online presence with their phones of from net cafes.
Currently, there are like 48000 people under HIV medications but a doctor friend of mine assumes that the actual infected HIV pipz here is at least 4x the number. His 2 year stint at a public hospital had a lot of 20 something guys dying of pneumonia which should be unheard of for a healthy male at that age. At least those who are taking medications have made way to take control of their live but the majority of HIV positive people in the country are unaware of their status which would mean more people infected daily like the case of the 15 year old kid who got infected because he wanted money to play DOTA in exchange of sexual favors.
Though bareback videos might seem the culprit, that would probably be more of a First World thing. Social Media apps like Grindr and ironically Twitter aggravated the situation but sex education is the real culprit in my country. Fortunately non-government organizations and our Department of Health are helping to combat the situation by providing education, testing and free medication to those who actively seek their help, but its like a rising tide over a 1 foot barrier.

RE: Is there any bodybuilding or fitness forum that offers free training programs?
If you're a beginner, reddit's Fitness board should be a good starting point.

RE: Would you date a guy with smaller dong ?
good thing that I am in Asia when the big dong is a novelty here. Had some experiences with big dicks but if its just for sex, average is ok with me. My partner who is pretty much average can hit my prostate head on and that's way more fun than some of the big dicking that I had with other pipz

RE: Wife caught husband getting fucked by bestman
there was a story circulating in my country (Philippines) about a celeb's dick getting stuck on a celeb's vagina that they had to undergo medical attention. This is the first time I heard that the ass can clamp down hard to that point hahaha
