@bi4smooth @Ricky Thanks for your responses. I'll try to link my device's MAC address to an IP through the router's settings. I hope I can find that option if there is one at all there hahaha

@bobi1990 I think I somehow made it to work, at least for now.

@ricky I think I made it work, but it may stop working soon lol

I just changed the lease time in my router DHCP settings. Now the assigned IP lasts longer. Maybe that's just a workaround but I haven't had a reassignment in over a day so that's good.
