Even after interracial marriage was made fully legal, interracial couples were abused. Laws don't make anyone safe.
Orlando was all about Islam, which Hillary fully supports. Hillary also takes money from Saudi and we all know how much they love gays.
I'm sorry, but this is one of the most stupid thing Trump's supporters kept saying while don't even look into the situation and check the facts.
Okay, Hillary took a donation from Saudi Arabia once. BUT what about Trump?
Trump has been doing business with Saudi Arabia for years. He has/had business deals in Saudi Arabia and he provided high profile clients/customers from Saudi Arabia, with services and goods from America.
The fuck-up thing is that since 9/11, he has been criticized them for terrorism acts, BUT has no problem of making tons of money from/with them.
And earlier time during the election, he even went to Saudi Arabia in one of his business trip.
And he has the balls to criticize Hillary about 1 donation?
What you say about that?
Sure, I'll bite.
Hillary Clinton didn't JUST take ONE donation from Saudi Arabia. She took several donations from Saudi Arabia while she was United States Senator of New York as well as Secretary of State. She also took money from other countries of state-sponsored terror like Oman and Yemen. This is a huge conflict of interest, considering at the time, money that was donated to her was accepted by the Clinton Foundation as a non-profit. She also had the ability to (and did) oversee numerous arms deals with countries in the Middle East during her tenure. The difference between Trump and Hillary in this respect, is that Trump was a private citizen at the time; not a public servant.
Providing "goods and services" is absolutely not the same as having the ability to affect the geo-political structure of other nations. As a Democrat, accepting money freely, outside of a business transaction, in the name of charity from a government that chucks people from stone battlements and beheads them because they love the same sex, is a slap in the face for people around the world fighting for LGBT equality.
Currently, there are no sanctions or tariffs between Saudi Arabia and the United States. As a businessperson, you would take advantage of this arrangement, allowed and protected by the United States government, to ensure your own profitability as well as the interests of your workers, and at the very least, your investors and stockholders, who more often than not, are the workforce itself.
In summation, Orlando happened because the overall majority of the current Left is more concerned about identity politics and feelings than public safety and basic economics.
Much respect.
The donations weren't for personal enrichment. Everyone agrees and even the most ardent Hillary haters admit there is no evidence for it. All of the money that the Saudi's donated went directly to the Clinton Global Initiative which has saved millions of lives. I don't understand how you could argue against taking money away from a country that sponsors terrorism and use it to provide live-saving AIDS medications to people. PS this thread is about Trump not Hillary.
I also don't understand the "Islam is a threat to the LGBT community in America" argument because:
1. Christians have all the power in this country and have done more harm to the LGBT community than Muslims. (It was illegal to have gay sex in Republican states 13 years ago.)
2. Muslims in America are more tolerant of the LGBT community than Evangelical Protestants and Baptists.
Most LGBT people realize this. You obviously haven't and live in a bubble.
