All of us who are not in the closet anymore have gone through the same hard process. Just do it when you really feel ready for that. For me it worked to be out to my brother first, to my closest friends afterwards, then some of my classmates and finally my parents. When all this "process" ended, I came out to everyone else.

Little by little and when you really are ready for that.

They are not really your friends. Just kick them off and "expel" them from your life as soon as possible.

For me, practising sports is a must. Then, healthy (Mediterrenean) food and always half the amount of food you would normally eat.
With those two tips I keep my weight the same all the time.

Once a week, in my case, most of the cases. Very rarely after two weeks.
