There is no VIP for the Forum (since it is associated with the other part of the tracker/site), they will still be based according to the tables given above

Yes you are, but then you won't be getting the video, so if you don't mind loosing it then that's ok.
We don't expect every member to have a 1:1 ratio on each torrent. Sometimes you can have a 1:10 ratio, other times it might be 1:0 that's fine, it's how torrents are. If you like an older torrent you're bound to have a 1:0 ratio.
And you've anyway got a very good ratio so you don't need to worry about seeding it if no one else wants it.

I suggest you just leave it active in your client, it isn't going to do any harm, and let it download in it's own time.

Also, you can use the "Request Reseed" option at the bottom of the torrent page and see if others start seeding as well.

Moving up the ladder of positions in the Forum is based solely on the number of posts made in the Forum.
The classes differ by the number of stars.

I don't use 2003 anymore so i can't really fidget and look around for you.

Magnet links, basically contain the torrent hash, using this your client connects directly to the peer to download the .torrent file (rather than the site) and then starts downloading the content.
-> This is useful if the hosting site goes down and the user can't get the torrent file from the site.

This is just a brief non-technical explanation of what i know…im sure there is more depth to it though.

It looks like the torrent is still not seeding.

You need to stop it in your BitTorrent, then right click -> under 'Advanced' choose "Set download location" -> browse to where the actual video is and save -> again right click and choose "Force Re-check". The torrent will do a data check to 100% and then the torrent will seed.

You can check if the torrent is seeding from your profile page (click your name at the top left of the page and then scroll down to find your active torrent, downloaded torrents and uploaded torrents).

Some addition:

The seed bonus points are calculated using the amount of time that you have a torrent seeding.

So if you are seeding even one torrent you will get seed bonus points (.5 for 1 hours seeding). This way even if there is no real upload traffic you are still being rewarded for seeding the torrent and keeping it alive.
Its a reward because you can exchange these points for actual upload amount thereby increasing your ratio.

You will know that you are getting SBP when there is atleast 1 near the upward facing green arrow at the top left of the screen.

"On the fly into traffic" means that when you exchange the SBP you will get the said amount of GB added to your total upload amount (100SBP - 1GB added to total upload amount, and so on.)

  and agrees with your posting - if the user disagrees his reputation points are subtracted from your reputation. The reputation points differ according to the giver's reputation power

  • You create a new thread (3 reputation points)
  • You make a new posting in an already existing thread (one reputation point)

Have you heard of "Sesame Street" ? It's a show for children with puppets as the main cast and humans as guest appearances/co-stars (or something like that). Bert and Ernie are two such characters from the show who (if im not mistake) generally provide some comic relief.

Now the funny part about that picture is that, apart from being a childrens' show, its also supposed to teach morals and ethics to the watchers.
So when two of the main characters are rolling a joint…....needless to say anymore
