There's no need to. While colon is, indeed, susceptible to a number of bacteria, including the ones that are usually found in mouth, the latter, however, is much less so. Mammal's digestive system is designed to take in relatively huge amounts of food, which is always a result of another living being's life cycle. As you can imagine, it is filled with different kinds of unpredictable microorganisms, primarily bacteria and their countless strains. A sloppy dick isn't the worst thing in this scenario, really.

There’re more bacteria in your mouth than in your colon, so if you thoroughly clean your nether regions before sex, it’s fine to give a bj without extra washing. Then again, deepthroating may cause microlesions and consequently introduce additional bacteria to pharynx.
Ironically, there’s a study showing that bacteria usually found in mouth can cause colon cancer. Seems like the safest "scientifically proven" advice would be the opposite: no mouth2ass.
