And sorry for the delay, this was my first free time to deal with this.

I uploaded my old torrents in utorrent, and the clicked 'pause' since I knew they weren't there.

From there I clicked Advanced->'select download location', which let me choose the folder. From there it told me the torrent existed and asked me to overwrite. I said 'yes'. The file was still there, and I could still run it, but at that point things don't seem right. My status says 'connecting to peers', which seems to indicate it isn't connected to anything.

And using this site, I honestly don't know what I'm seeing. Looking at S/L, one torrent says 0/1 and one says 1/1, and I have no clue if that 1/1 is me.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

@bi4smooth also also, a lot of this question came because this site had me upload the quick torrent maker, which made things a lot easier to upload, but didn't help me figure out what to do to re-upload.

@bi4smooth hah... thank you. I really didn't make a mountain out of a mole-hill though. I asked a question and you got a bit soap-box-y. From there I just asked questions and explained my processes. And like I said, I really don't know what I'm doing torrent-wise.

I've got to head to bed now, but I'll try this out tomorrow. I was hoping it would be simple, since there is only 1 file involved in those 2 uploads.

My comment about really not knowing what I'm doing here is the key though. It sounds like you're saying is that my problem isn't a gaytorrent issue, it is not knowing how utorrent works.

Do you know where I could find a tutorial or whatnot that might help me? I'd love to re-connect the files here, but honestly, if it is too much, I probably won't do it. My willingness to upload my library is because I'm passionate about what I love (gay horror). Other than that, I don't get any benefit from doing this.

@bi4smooth I feel like you're making a statement to everyone else, but aren't helping me. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL CONTENT BECAUSE I UPLOADED IT! AndI have a lot more content too. For that I uploaded before I'd like to reconnect the original torrents both because people know they're there, and because people uploaded images and the like.

Also, the biggest problem you said I said here isn't anything I said. I do appreciate your help, really, but I'm pretty sure I'm in a less-common category than who you're speaking to.

@bi4smooth also also... I'm not a pro uploader. I'm a very niche collector, so I have very specific items, but also a load of items almost no one else has. So, I really don't know what I'm doing.
