Cannot reach www.gay-torrents.net lately

Hi, I am wondering if anyone is having the same issue. It's been two days now and I can't get access to www.gay-torrents.net
When I try to load the page, I get the following "Hmmm… can't reach this page. It looks like the webpage at https://www.gay-torrents.net/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR"I am running Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge. The site was perfectly OK a few days ago and all of a sudden, it gives me error. I haven't twitched, installed, uninstalled anything on my computer at all.
Please if anyone could help me to resolve this. Thank you very much.

It works for me - which means there may be an issue that's blocking you.
Step 1: See if your ISP is blocking your DNS by:
a) open a command prompt (or powershell) window. Windows 11 now calls that a "Windows Terminal"
b) enter the command "nslookup www.gay-torrents.net"
c) the output will first report the DNS server used, THEN show you the results of the query... that should be an IPv4 & IPv6 pair of addresses.If your ISP is blocking that site's DNS, just change your DNS setting - in Windows 7 and later, you can go directly to the Network Connections Control Panel by "run"ning "ncpa.cpl" - open your connection, look to ipv4 settings, and manually change them. I recommend 1.0.0.1 & 1.1.1.1 (both from CloudFlare).
Step 2: See if your ISP (or your country - depending on where you live) is blocking your access.
IF your DNS is resolving properly above, then check your connectivity to the site...Blocks like these usually don't go by names, they go by IP address - so run the command: "tnc www.gay-torrents.net http" and then (for completeness) "tnc www.gay-torrents.net -Port 443"
Because I'm on an IPv6 connection, I show a failure on the http connection for ipv6, but a success on the port 443 test. Forcing IPv4, I get success at both.
IF this test fails, then you're being blocked by a firewall on your ISP's network. You will have to use a VPN to get around that.

When in doubt, refresh. The web browser equivalent of turning it off and on again doesn’t always work, but at times a website might just need a chance to try again to get it right. - Try using a different browser.

@john32123666 Thanks for your notes. I tried and it didn't work. It's the same result for using Chrome alone or Incognito.

@john32123666 I have rebooted the machine, closed browsers and opened again. I have even unplugged my network and router and reboot. The site still fails to load. Thank you for pointing out the various methods though.

@bi4smooth Thank you so much for your time. I have followed your directions up to point c. The interesting thing is, I am running Windows 11 built in firewall and VPN by Kaspersky. Up until a few days ago, the combo worked perfectly and the site could load without any problem.
I ran the first time with VPN on. The result was "no internal type for both IPv4 and IPv6 Addresses (A+AAAA) records available for nslookup'"
The second time I ran it with VPN turned off. It says "www.gay-torrents.net can't find nslookup: No response from server."
What's more interesting is, as I've pointed out, the site worked on my computer till a few days ago. I can reach the site using my Android phone (just not the computer), even they are on the same wifi network.) Technically it isn't my ISP blocking the access. Weird is, I cannot load the site on my computer even with a different browser, or reboot, restart etc (all the methods pointed out by other users.)
I have tried changing the IPv4 DNS to 1.0.0.1 and 1.1.1.1 still it doesn't work.
I couldn't run the "tnc..." because it is giving me "windows cannot find tnc."

Some VPNs to not permit the use of their networks for torrenting. You may be being blocked there...
It is also possible that Kaspersky is blocking you... I've had a lot of "false positives" from that suite over the years.
FWIW: I've found (personally) that Windows software in my home network isn't the greatest way to do torrenting.
Instead I do the following (NOTE: I'm a computer consultant who knows Linux inside and out, so there's that to consider!)
- I get a small virtual Linux host at linode.com. Cost: $5/mo
- I install the GUI front end, and tiger-vnc.
- I install firefox & qBitTorrent from RHEL and/or EPEL repos
- I keep almost all ports closed, save for the torrent port I choose (firewalld)... except to my home network, which I add to the firewall's trusted zone
- I browse my torrent sites from the virtual Linux & do all my file I/O there - with the ultra-fast internet connection it is afforded... When a download completes, I then use a remote tool (I use WinSCP) to copy the files to my home Windows system... I generally seed for about 2-weeks, and ever since I started using this method to d/l and seed my torrents, my share ratios have been exponentially better!
Problems? The only REAL problem I have is the limited storage... but I manage... and if I wanted MORE storage, I'd just have to pay for it!
OH! One more thing - once a month or so I use the linode console to change the IP address of my system...

@bi4smooth Thank you so much for your time and patient. Guess what? Without any efforts whatsoever... the site loaded again just now. No changes in the system at all. I am even running Window's firewall and VPN at the same time! LOL. Sometimes the darndest thing happen with no real reasons, when in doubt, leave it alone and come back later, it'll probably fix itself. : )

@john32123666 Thank you for your time once again. For some weird reasons and without any extra efforts on my part, the site suddenly loaded smoothly again. : ) I am even running Window's firewall and VPN at the same time. How weird is that?
