nothing works

Unfortunately, after this change of address, they ended up with the site, I've been a user for several years, I've already uploaded hundreds of Gb, and I simply can't use the site anymore, because all the downloads are without downloading and without uploading. What a pity to have to abandon one of those that was the best site ever.

I know others have had minor issues, but no one (else) has had a complete failure..
For those torrents you already have - and WERE seeding - try re-downloading the .torrent file. Remember, the .torrent file you get from the site has the (new) tracker information embedded into it. If you changed your passkey, that will ALSO be fixed by re-downloading the .torrent file from the site.
Good luck!

Is this issue related to the .ru to .rent conversion? I have some torrents in my client with the .ru tracker that are seeding just fine; others are not seeding, but show a count for seeders and leechers, so they seem to be communicating with the current tracker even if there's no seed flow. If downloading the respective .rent torrents and adding those trackers to my client is necessary to keep them alive, I can do that...but I don't think I need to. Thoughts?

I would assume that, eventually, the .ru domains will die... at which time, any torrents who are using the .ru tracker will also stop functioning - well, at least stop functioning with the tracker!
Some others here have surmised correctly that I am a computer professional IRL... I have explained SO MANY TIMES how torrenting works - and how the ACTUAL xfer of data is NOT "through" the tracker, but rather from seeder's PC to leecher's PC... directly! Thus, "torrenting" is a P2P technology (peer-to-peer), and NOT a "client/server" one.
... except that the tracker here is private... so if you want to be "introduced" to the people with the porn you like, you have to be registered with the tracker... Also, so that they can "keep an eye on you" (as-in are you playing fair, not anything beyond that), they assign you a random-ish "key" value that makes all the data you send or receive. I have no idea how specific it gets, but from an outsiders view, it appears very little... best guess, they know how much data you've transferred - not to whom, and not for which torrent.
That "key" information, as well as the address of the tracker, are embedded into the .torrent files you download from the website. Files downloaded from the .ru website will use the .ru tracker, and the .rent site will use the .rent tracker. The data on both appears to be the same, so an educated guess here: they share a database and site source folder in some way.
So, since we've recently re-launched the service at a new domain name (.rent vs .ru), it is safe to assume that all of your currently seeding torrents using the .ru domain SHOULD be re-downloaded with the .rend domain to ensure their long-lasting presence here. ESPECIALLY true for your uploads!

I was hoping to avoid doing this, as I have quite a few .ru torrents hovering in my client. I'm probably overdue for housekeeping anyway.

I sometimes refer to the tracker as a "matchmaker," and a good matchmaker will not go along on a date with the couple.

@eobox91103 I have the same experience as you with .ru and .rent torrents. All seem to be working correctly.
@bi4smooth Joker has said he recently renewed the .ru name for 10 years, so I don't think there's a near-term problem with existing torrents ceasing to function.
everyone: remember, please, that what changed is just the name used to access the site and tracker. The servers, databases, tracker, and everything are the same no matter which name is used. There is not a second, duplicated infrastructure to support the new name.
