Someone help me make a subtitle
-
I recently decided to make a English subtitle of Falcon Studio - Zack and Jack make a porno the whole 5 scenes. But I had trouble transcribing it since I’m not a native speaker. Some lines are not articulate for me to catch. Is there anyone who can help me transcribe it? I can do the timeline part.

@malcomma I'm a little confused, but do you want the subtitle to be small? Can you show me some examples? I know you're not a native speaker, but I'm trying to dig further into your request.

@djsoapbubble I just need the lines the actors said in the film so I can make the subtitle.
-
@djsoapbubble By “transcribing” I mean putting the lines down.

Your enlgish isn't too good so you need subtitles to watch porn but there's no subtitles and you have to make it yourself but need someone who speaks english to transcribe what's being said?

@ianfontinell That's what I'm saying.

Although it's a nice thought from the original poster, subtitles are best produced by individuals who are highly proficient in both languages, especially as there is likely to be plenty of slang -- and then, sexy gay slang!

Oh, I understand now. Are you using any kind of editing software to where you can do that? I'm toying around with several different types. Unfortunately, the editing software that I'm using doesn't have a feature where I can put in subtitles. I was using one, but my subscription was coming to an end. The software was okay and didn't have many complaints except for a couple of things, but I'm interested in using something different but it's expensive as hell. If I still used that software, I would be more than happy to help. The only thing I can do for you right now is either blur a watermark or add a text or a watermark to your video but the text would be throughout the video from start to finish. You know ... kind of like Gay-Top.Net or something.

When you mentioned subtitles, somehow, I had graphic design stuck in my head. I was like, "Hey! I'm your guy right here!" I could still be your guy if I was still using that video editing software. I'm using a different one that I have a lifetime subscription to, but they do not have a feature where I can put subtitles in a film (or, at least thus far).

I use "Movavi Video Converter" for lots of things, which came with a lifetime license (not expensive) and allows one to add a .srt file with subtitles and hard-code it on a video file. That part is easy.
The tedious part is building the .srt file, which is a text file with the words to appear on the screen along with the times that they appear. I'm sure that main-line production studios have some clever software to do this, but without that, one would have to transcribe (write/type) every word spoken, and then assign the times for that phrase to appear and then disappear. That sounds like a very painful process. It would be a bit easier with speech-to-text recognition software (my Android phone has that), but doing the timings would still be a lot of work

@eobox91103 Oh, yeah that does sound like a lot of work. Which, in a way, makes me want to learn how to do it, lol! No, I've always been one of "those kinds of people" who never limit myself to things. I'm very intuitive, and curious, and I like to explore and try different things. Interesting topic.
