Not surprisingly, the RWM (Right Wing Media) touts this is more "Crooked Hillary" evidence come-to-light (give it a rest: you won the election... that dragon is dead!), and the LWM (Left Wing Media) is claiming the same stuff the RWM did as Trump officials were indicted: "its just an indictment, there's no proof, they'll fail in court"...
And the truth is somewhere in the middle. Did Sussman lie about the fact that his information came at the behest of the Clinton campaign (in 2016, people!) - maybe, maybe not - that's why there are charges filed.
Did that mischaracterization lead to anything untoward? No! The FBI looked into the allegations (about a Russian bank - probably not @raphjd's personal bank - with supposed ties to Trump) and found them without sufficient evidence. NOTE: That happened BEFORE Trump took office, so .... even without undue political influence, the system worked... they made an allegation, the FBI looked into it, and it was found "wanting for evidence"...
Long story short - indictments in Washington are like white-chocolate milk-duds... they're not everywhere, but they're not hard to get either!
We'll see whether a trial (or a plead to a lesser charge - which is common also) results - or an exoneration? Who can tell with all the spinning on all sides.
Can't wait to see how the positions change when it's Trump era officials being indicted a few years from now (Justice is slow!) - and they WILL change!

Um, your Russian handlers have made "offsetting" claims about chinese support of the Democrats... just as there have been no "confirmed" cases of Russians making cash donations to Trump's campaign, there have been none with China /Biden
Honestly, dude, you are either unintentionally stupid or think the rest of us are: it is illegal for foreign countries - whether individuals or businesses or Governments - to donate or otherwise get involved in US elections. That's why the "Russia Investigation" against Trump led to an impeachment!
I'm sorry, it was crooked-as-fuck for Trump to allow the Russians "into" his campaign - in any way, even just accepting opposition research from them - and it would be impeachable and equally crooked-as-fuck for Biden and the Chinese... or Biden and the English, for crissake!

In case you haven't noticed, it appears (at least to my reading of MSM) that Biden's "honeymood period" in the press is pretty much past... most of the MSM (although, certainly not the left-leaning press) are starting to be very critical of the Biden Administration - especially in areas where they complained BITTERLY about Trump policies, but haven't moved in - 9 months! - to change many of those same policies!
As I've said many times - to the Democrats 2-years ago, and more recently to you (@raphjd) - it's easy to complain about how badly the people IN POWER are doing their jobs... it's another thing ENTIRELY to have to DO THE JOB yourself!
