Help!!!!

I work out almost everyday for 90 mins. Cardio. Free weights as well. I also follow a strict diet of fruit. Veggies. And chicken/fish. No bread. No red meat. I have a cheat day and occasionally I sneak a bite here and there. I have been waking up in the middle of the night, consistently and my husband is awakend by my crunching. I don't know what to do.. and I'm all ears for any advice.

You are in your bad time, so no one can help you but yourself. :cheesy2: :cheesy2: :cheesy2: :cheesy2: :cheesy2: :cheesy2:

You told us what is happening in your post. But you didnt ask any questions. WHat is the issue?

"Husband awakened by your crunching" – you're eating the "cheat food" in bed? :afr:
Well, that's either a poor reflection on your level of commitment, or a signal that the food is controlling you, and not the other way around.
If you're at all serious about better nutrition and weight loss, cut out ALL cheat meals.
People tend to under-report the number of times they cheat, as well as the amount of unhealthy food consumed.
So, this self-sabotage either needs to stop completely, or be resigned to your current weight, and its eventual, continued increase.
I hope you find courage, and lose your excuses. Good luck!
