Loud sex or nah?

I honestly hate old vintage porn, even when the guys are super hot, where they just play music. WTF, didn't they have mics on camcorders in the 90s?
Vintage porn from the 90's is old? Either you're still just a twink like pup, or I'm slowly becoming the crypt keeper! LOL
Granted, I'll admit that technically, as much as I hate to admit it, 90's technically can fall into "Vintage", but when I think "Old Vintage", the first thing that comes to mind is the 1960 - 1986 era… before the days of GRID[nb]Gay Related Infectious Disease - Now commonly referred to as HIV[/nb]. So… This begs the obvious question...
How old are you TheSlink?

As I recall, GRID broke in 1981 or at least the news of it broke. I was in 2nd grade at the time and my family was convinced it was going to wipe out humanity and it gave me a real phobia. I don't just mean a healthy fear either. I remember looking at those poor men wasting away and somehow know I had something in common with them, but I didn't know what at the time and it really strikes fear in me. It's like I cannot even have safer sex without being worried about it while I am having it. I'll just be getting sucked and worry about it. Let me be the one sucking and I'll be running to the Dr. for a damn test within two weeks because it plays on my mind even though I know the odds of catching it that way unless you just had a tooth pulled or something are very, very low. I tried to get my healthcare provider to put me on that new preventive medicine and she just said it didn't work and I better be abstinent. I honestly think she thinks if she put me on it I would be out bare backing every guy on Grindr. Truth is I have sex maybe twice a year due to my phobia and I only do oral, never anal. I wouldn't even do anal bare back if I got married because I would be too afraid the guy would cheat and bring home HIV and I would get it. Unfortunately, I have been very unlucky in the last two years in picking people to have sex with, as I have had two STDs just from oral sex. One was Balanitis which was cured with some cream but was extremely painful, and the other was just some nondescript infection of the testicle that cleared up with antibiotics that she didn't really think was some classic STD but was just some bacteria that is in the mouth and managed to find its way down there since all the STD tests came back negative. The swab sure in hell was fun–--not :blownose:

Noise is of course welcome, but screaming when it's not really hard action is just irritating and I hate it.

loud

When it is too forced it can be a real turn off…but for me sex is only done right if I lose total control over my body...including my vocal cords. There is nothing better than a sweaty, heartfelt grunting during sex.
-
loudddd

the louder the better but not for everyone to hear

Sex is an act of incredibly intimate communication. I like to talk, moan, grunt, and even laugh. If you can't laugh while you're having sex, you're putting too much psychological pressure on the act. So I like vocal sex, but not in the sense of grunting and screaming, as much as communicating with my partner. I enjoy mild dirty talk (I don't go in for slave/master conversation), and I've found that a noisy orgasm is usually more pleasurable, just knowing that you're free to make noise. But I also don't believe that shaking the walls is a good idea. Same as above, I don't want to be a jerk to my neighbors. Or my unscrupulous roommate who loves to have super noisy sex with his girlfriend. All. The. Damn. Time! But if no one is around to hear it, yes, I do like sex when it makes noise.

Although it’s been years since the last one, “loud” female partners definitely added to the moment. You know how ego is, and whether “faking it” or not, it still turned me on! I mean check out that classic movie moment in When Harry Met Sally (1989)–Meg Ryan cumming during lunch with Billy Crystal at the delicatessen…
(I love the director--Rob Reiner’s mom’s line at the end of the scene--classic!)
As for guys, I don’t really recall any being loud, aside from some phone sex partners. Although some were verbal, I didn’t get that same boost that I got from the females. I’m thinking it had a lot to do with the particular situations. Also many years ago, barely “out”–I was inexperienced and a lot younger than those few verbal guys, and the compliments were nice, but I guess I just couldn’t help but get a little embarrassed being the focus of that much attention.
I’m pretty quiet, but I know that wasn’t always the case. The memory that always reminds me of that fact probably has a lot to do with why I’m quiet now, and goes back to my second year at Cal, at a drive-in theater--something hard to find these days. I couldn’t say for certain, but I think The Blues Brothers (1980) was one of the movies playing.
I had been seeing this girl from Cal–Deborah--for about two years. I was not quite officially a sophomore yet, and she was a senior at the time. I don’t know if it’s true, but she said she was a “virgin”--shit I didn’t care. Back then, it was just great gettin’ pussy!
At the crowded drive-in, fucking away in the back seat of Deborah’s Mustang--hidden behind the windows all fogged up (and probably wouldn’t have cared if they weren’t the way we were going at it!). I’m hittin’ it, about to nutt--and I moan, “Ohh Linda” as I bust--Linda, being my “high school sweetheart” I was cheating on.
I couldn’t believe it! Especially since I never “talked” during sex anyhow, and those words, at that moment to be my first. I don’t know how loud I said it, but it sure rang in my ears as soon as the words left my mouth. Even though Deborah knew about Linda, I have to figure it still wasn’t some “sex talk” that turned her on; and I have to hand it to her--if it did bug her, she sure didn’t show it, because she never did break rhythm!
Yeah…I think I’m a quiet person in bed.
Funny thing, whenever I watch porn I usually turn the audio off too. It always seems so loud. That fake moaning and carrying on–especially with the dubbed stuff, not to mention some of the "music"--I prefer the mute. (Now, when it comes to the real sex sounds…those "wet" smacking sounds, cunt-farts or whatever–I'll listen to them...quietly though, with the volume turned down a tad.)

I've had about 1,000 triques and 10 lovers and i can't recall any noise, verbal or otherwise from any of them.
Not saying they were "silent" but just not yelling, squealing, bellering, or raising any other hell.
The most i can remember from myself or a partner was "uhhh."
I've been a slut as long as i can remember and totally uninhibited- i've fucked in front of an audience and blown 14 guys in sequence- no noise. Maybe grunts.

Only loud noisy sex is my kinda sex. Most guys I've hooked up like it that way as well. Couple of Austrians and some americans i've fucked were super quiet. Didn't like it.
-
I love moaning (both my partner's aswell as my own) very very much but I like it with normal tone, not too loud… so I don't like screaming, swearing and loud noises...
-
The louder the better, provided it's spontaneous

Loud Sex.

Loud, it's so sexy

I honestly don't care if its loud or silent as long as the reactions are genuine. fake moaning or forced dirty talk is just strange and a turn off too me, and someone u can tell is trying to be silent is creepy so i just say go with what is real and genuine and just cause its loud and noise one time with someone doesnt mean the next time with the same person will be too. moods change and setting and everything.
