Flaccid to erect cock is extremely rare these days and has been since probably the 1970s.
I too wish they'd bring it back. Some studios are using it more, but it's still extremely rare.

If there's one thing I've learned about big industries, it's that most things they do are carefully thought out and based on feedback. I personally find what you're talking about to be kind of boring. And when I see it, I find myself thinking "Just get to it, already".
