What supplements do you guys take?

 Have you had success with any dietary supplements? I'm starting to take curcumin and magnesium and vitamin D for various health concerns, not sure if it's having an effect or not. I suspect a lot supplements are only placebos, but some must work.

 I've used ZMA, GABA, melatonin, l-arginine, fish oil and a multi. I've never really noticed any health improvements from any of them but I still take a multi.

 Hi, I ust use L-Arginin , Protein and L - Carnitin. And a nice sideeffekt of the L-Arginin is that it produces more cum  :cheers: :cheers:
