Agreed - except, saying it is itself racial - if races were reversed, you wouldn't be allowed to say it.

in regards to this video. the short clip makes a lot of assumptions. looks like the two punks were flipping each other off, not the Probst family.
I would like to know what motivated them to do this. obviously there is no justifiable reason, but what was their motivation? was it premeditated? had they done similar crimes before? are they associated with other people who do similar things?

I don't think any of the bullshit they did was directed toward the victim's family.
It's the way they didn't give a fuck that they were on trial for 1st-degree murder and several other charges from that day.

I see them smile & giggle to each other, then give finger to somebody off-camera.
Whether "somebody off camera" is family, cops, judge, media etc. needs more info. But family think it's them.

While this is extremely creepy.. it does not surprise me.
When I was going to pubic school, I used to ride my bicycle to school. It was quite common for people to nearly wipe me off the side of the road either unintentionally or intentionally. A lot of people get their kicks out of coming up behind someone on a bicycle and hitting to horn trying to spook them and make them fall. People are sick in the head. Eventually, I learned that I must ride AGAINST the traffic so I knew what was coming towards me. I gave up riding my bike about a year ago because it has become too dangerous.
