Male "Rape"

I wonder if this has ever happened.
A guy has sex with a girl.. and she gets pregnant and has the baby.
BUT, the guy claims he was RAPED by the girl! For instance, he could claim that the girl drugged him, or got him drunk, or tied him up, and mounted him to get pregnant.
With that premise, would the guy STILL be liable for paying child support?
In this age of "equality", it would seem that this scenario is plausible. The instant the guy found out the girl was pregnant, instead of pursuing an abortion, he could claim he was raped!
My advice for straight guys is to be so straight that they only have sex with OTHER straight guys! -

To my great surprise, the original poster recently left a response in a thread on converted file sizes that was on-topic and lucid. Silly for me to think it could last.
Men raped by women is actually an occurrence (google it), but this post takes the concept and plays it for laughs -- unsuccessfully.
The flop-sweat comedian doing the same old, creepy routine -- you just wish he would get pulled offstage by a giant vaudeville hook.

Actually, in many countries, only persons with dicks can commit rape.
The UK used to be like this until Tony Blair changed the statutory rape law so that it was totally gender-neutral. The sad part is that for at least the first 13 years of the new law, they never prosecuted a female under the law because it was deemed "not in the national interest to do so". They had no problem prosecuting boys who were under 16 who had sex with their under 16 girlfriend for it though. You might remember this being discussed a while ago in the politics section.
Now feminists are getting butt hurt that women can commit rape, because some women have dicks. They used to love to point to the fact no women were ever charged or convicted of rape and now they can't do it.
In the US (most western countries), if a woman rapes an underage boy, and she decides to keep the baby, the boy victim of rape is responsible for child support, once he turns 18. This includes all child support from the day the child was born. Once again, this was discussed in the politics section.
In India, women can not legally commit any sex crime or domestic violence. I believe Israel is the same.
France, Germany, and some others ban paternity tests to protect the woman's dignity. Clearly, they don't see the problem with paternity fraud.

@raphjd I have a male cousin who was repeatedly raped by his mother's best friend when he was 13 years old.
