In today's episode of free speech is not unlimited, we have 3 co-stars who continuously lied about a company and have damaged their reputation.

Oh no, we made a boo-boo, we thought Frumpy would pardon us

Their guilt is apparent, the only thing to do is sort out the settlement.

Almost missed that this was linked, not a huge difference viewing regular text and links with this color scheme.

I know it looks cooler, but I'm older.

        😉

This is a companion suit to the ones Dominion Voting Machines has filed.

If the evidence is similar, these folks are in a world of hurt because they were always careful to make their accusations in places where there was no rule about being truthful - not in court, not in legal briefs, and certainly not while sworn in someplace like in front of Congress!

The problem there is that this BACKS UP the claims that they knew the statements were false, which bolsters the civil claim!

Oh that was not on you, nor your fault! Simply a comment on the color scheme of this new forum. Quite minor when seeing how fantastic this is.

There's just a few tweaks, very few. For example, when using the Search, some of the results are hard to see.

But this also comes with a messaging system that so easily becomes a classic chatroom just by enlarging it. Almost as easy as getting a raging erection.

Saw two paragraphs recently that made me nearly faint.

Back to the topic, what is said under oath in court has to be taken seriously, and it will be.

Outside of that, it's buyer beware, credibility, craft, puffery, and outright lies of different levels, by both sides and all sides.

If you're going to lie to me, at least let me pretend to feel good.

Rudy even pointedly told courts that he wasn't alleging fraud.
This will be used against him.
