@headstrong19 i thought you were talking about the song (its a sin by years & years . but not i will check it out i love the their band.

@headstrong19 It's a beautifully done TV show. The characters feel so real. I don't want to spoil anyone but it is about the AIDS crisis in the 80's so there are obviously some heartbreaking moments, so it's not a show to be binge watched, I think you need time in between episodes.
But well worth a watch. Rusell T Davies, when he's good, he's very good.

@headstrong19
For those interested, it's on HBO Max
Originally a British mini-series
Of course, it's also likely downloadable on other torrent sites (I have NOT seen it downloadable here yet) -
I agree: I have seen the 5 episodes already and I really liked them. I didn't live the 80s from the XXth century, but my parents did and they say that they are very true to that period of time!

I finally got to watch this show now that's on Amazon Prime. It was really well done, and really insightful to know more about living during the AIDS crisis of the 1980s. Anyone who grew up in a world of HAART, U=U and PrEP should definitely watch it. Makes you think.

I actually couldn't stand the show. The Walsh character as simpleton, who dies cheap and early. The black friend as handmaiden with no character outside of AIDS caregiving. Most of all, outside of cutely snappy montages, the show didn't feature a single sex scene. Don't want to linger on any of that for too long or might yuck out the straight audience I guess...

It was my favorite show this year
