Black victims of racial profiling and police brutality are in no way responsible for working conditions in sweatshops.

I believe the blacks are overrepresented in crime and incarcerations and this crime mostly affects other blacks.
So the police who keep criminals out is the problem?

A lot of these companies are donating money to the looters (Black Lives Matter/Antifa) because they don't want the competition from smaller companies. They only donate to the looters/rioters because as Tucker clearly demonstrated, they want power and to destroy small business, like they did with the COVID hoax (only big companies stayed open). So the left is always against big corporations except for now, they're ok with sweat shops because it fits their narrative. They're ok with destroying black owned businesses and burning those to the ground and killing black people because of what some cop did. And don't tell me otherwise, because only conservative media is reporting on how black owned businesses are being burned to the ground. Since we've resurrected an old thread:
I didn't think there was a problem with Nike supporting such causes back then, and looking back I think it brought some awareness of the problem to people who were otherwise oblivious to it. We live in societies driven by consumerism and of all the reasons to buy a product, corporate social responsibility is probably one of the most "noble".
To comment on an older comment about sweatshops, it absolutely is our duty as customers not to compound to global misery by demanding that companies practice corporate social responsibility in their non-marketing activities, such as manufacturing and distribution processes. And yes it is at a minimum hypocritical to praise a marketing campaign based on social responsibility when the company behind it does not practice what it preaches when it comes to its operations. It is very easy to verify the country of origin labelling when buying any product and Google search practices at their manufacturing facilities. You may not be able to control sweatshops but money talks and you can support democratic countries or at least countries that are attempting to improve their situation by making different shopping choices.

DEFUND AND ABOLISH LOCAL POLICE.
The number of police in a community has little to no impact on crime levels, but does have an impact on arrests and prosecutions. If you want more people in jail, hire more police. If you want less crime, create decent paying jobs.
Of all the video of protests, uprisings, looting, and police brutality–from all over the country--I haven't seen ANY video of police arresting looters or coming to the aid of a business owner or homeowner.
