When single? Definitely with. Better to be safe than sorry, even with declining HIV transmission rates.

In a relationship, without, definitely. Otherwise, keep it wrapped up. Prep is awesome, but it doesn't protect against herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea, etc.

I would say yes to condom. I don't know if it felt good for them, but most of my hookups had no problems using a condom when we did it. If I had a partner, he would still have to talk me into doing it bareback.

"Without" is great but have to make sure the safety. Just mentioned STD and STI can be infected even you use Prep. Just make sure the one you want to do bareback is totally trusted. Do not recommend unsafe sex.
